ABOUT THE CLASS
This class will build movement confidence and balance of mind and body. It includes the BrainDance, developed by Anne Green Gilbert of the Creative Dance Center, to promote reorganization of the neurological system. The class will also include strength-building dance techniques and exploring the concepts of creative dance and improvisational movement, supported by the live music creations of Eric Chappelle - leading to joyful self-expression and community building through connection and interaction.
